References to the Website is deemed to include derivatives thereof, including but not necessarily limited to mobile websites and applications which are support for Android, iPhone and iPad. We have explained the Terms of Use – as defined below apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through Third Party Providers) made available online reservations, through any mobile device, or B2 Customer Service requests or otherwise. Through the Website, we provide an online platform through which you can brose difference types of accommodations, and also tours, car rental service, tickets and any other travel-related products and services (collectively  the “Travel Service(s)”), which can be found throughout the Website.

These Terms of Use, as may be amended from time to time. It is important that you read carefully and understand the Terms of Use. By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or any of our applications through whatever platform by completing a reservation through the Website and/or contacting B2 Customer Service, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Use then in force shall apply. Our different policies, which you can be found throughout the Website, including but not limit to, the Reservation Guarantee Policy,Easy Payment Channels, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, I AM B2 Loyalty Reward Program Terms and Conditions, FAQs, etc. (collectively the “Policies”), should be read in conjunction with and are an integral part of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use or make bookings through the Website or contact and make bookings through B2 Customer Service. We reserve the right at any time change these Terms of Use is in the Company’s sole discretion.

Any changes we make on Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon notice, which we may provide by means including, without limitation, posting on the Website. Your continued use of this Website after such notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

 

1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

As a condition of your use of the Website, we grants you a limited, restricted, personal, revocable license to access and use the Website only as expressly permitted in the Terms of Use. You also undertake that all information provided by you on the Website such as email, phone number, correspondence address, postal and/or other contact details to the Company are fully correct, accurate, current and complete, and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should provide necessary. Accordingly, as a condition of using the Website, all information provided through the Website, including any data, text, graphics, images, logos, icons, software, links as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information (collectively the “Contents”), are intended to advertise and inform you about B2 Boutique & Budget Hotels, I AM B2 Loyalty Reward Program, B2 Gift Cards, including but not necessary limited to the other Travel Services. The Contents remain the property of the Company or its licensors, or Third Party Providers. You agree not to use the Website or its Contents for any commercial or for any purpose that is illegal, unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use. Except with our prior written authorization, you agree not to otherwise modify copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from transfer, or sell or re-sell any Contents or services obtained from or through the Website. Additionally you agree not to:

• use the Website or its Contents for any commercial purpose by without our authorization;
• restrict or inhibit other visitor or member from using the Website, including, without limitation, by means of “hacking” or defacing any portion of this Website;
• make any false, or fraudulent reservation, or speculative or any reservation in anticipation of demand;
• make any speculative, false, or fraudulent temporary accommodation and other Travel Services booking;
• access, monitor or copy any Contents of this Website using any robot, spider, scraper, site search/retrieval application or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, data mine, or other automated for any purpose without our prior written authorization;
• frame or mirror any part of the Website without our prior written authorization;
• link to any page of or Contents on the Website other than the URL located at http://www.b2hotel.com;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, any related website, other accounts, computer system, or networks connected to the Website, through hacking, password mining, or any other means;
• do anything else which could cause damage to the Website, the Company’s reputation, the Companies and their employee, B2 Hotels, or would otherwise have a negative impact.

While using the Website and/or the Contents, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. We reserve the right to disable your access to the Website and to remove any content you may have stored on the Website without further notice if you do not comply with the requirements stipulated in this Terms of Use.

 

2. SCOPE OF OUR SERVICE

Through the Website, we provide an online platform through which you can browse the Hotels accommodations and our other Travel Services, which you can be found throughout the WebsiteThe Contents that we disclose about temporary accommodations are based on the information provided to us by B2 Hotelsand the Contents that we disclose about Travel Services are bested on suppliers, agents, partners and/or linked website partners through who we provide service, including but not necessarily limited to their representatives (collectively the “Third Party Providers”) and make reservations with such the Hotels or other Travel Services. As such the B2 Hotels or the Third Party Providers are given access to an extranet or other connective solution through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability, description, pictures, booking conditions, hotel policies and other informationabout tours, car rental service, tickets and any other useful information which are displayed on the Website.

By making a reservation through the Website, you make an offer to book an accommodation and/or other Travel Services at the price listed for such reservations and such other terms and conditions state on the Website, which shall become a binding contract (legally binding) when accepted by us, which in turn means, we will act solely as an intermediary between you and the Hotels or the Third Party Providers, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant accommodation or Products and Services provider and when the reservation has been confirmed by the Third Party Providers we will send you a confirmation email (with a voucher for prepaid accommodations and/or Travel Services) for and on behalf of the Hotels or the Third Party Providers. We reserve the right to reject reservations as set out below.

When rendering our services, the Contents that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by B2 Hotels and the Third Party Providers. As such, the providers are given access to an extranet through which they are full responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on the Website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our service and strive to provide the Contents the are both useful and accurate, laws, regulations, data and other information change frequently and are subject to varying interpretations. Accordingly, although we endeavor to use reasonable care in assembling the Contents, the Contents may not be up-to-date, accurate or complete, although even the most recent version available from the Company may not be up-to-date, accurate or complete. We expressly disclaim any liability with respect to the forgoing, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of the Website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each B2 Hotel and Third Party Providers remain responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on the Website. The Website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or (star) rating of any accommodations and/or Travel Services made available.

Our services are made available for business under the only Company’s operation rights. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape) display, download, or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our Website for any commercial or competitive purpose or activity.

We reserve the right not to accept customer or accommodation and Travel Services booking (or in exceptional case to cancel confirmed accommodation and/or Travel Services) at our discretion and for whatever (legal) reason without the need of justify such refusal. Typical reasons for rejecting a customer or booking our services include, but not limited to: Hotel request, breach of the Terms of Use, (suspicions of) fraud or thief, suspected criminal activity, suspicious bookings, submission by customer of misleading or erroneous information, credit card problem, inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, refusal to supply information, communication problems, etc.

Please note that suspected group bookings can also be rejected as the Hotels have specific procedure for group booking. Please contact our Customer Service for more information.

 

3. REGISTRATION

Some area of the Website may require you to be or become an member. When and if you register to become a member, you agree to:

• provide accurate,  current and complete information about yourself as promoted by our registration form (including your email address) and,
• maintain and update your personal information (including your email address) to keep it accurate current and complete.
• You acknowledge that, if any information provided by you is untrue inaccurate, not current or incomplete; we reserve the right to terminate your registration and your use of the Website.

As part of your registration you will be ask to select a username and password. We may refuse to grant you a username that impersonates someone else, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other appropriately rights law, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion by us in our sole discretion. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password and agree not to transfer or resell your use of or access to the Website to any third party. If you have reason to believe that your account with us is no longer secure, you must promptly change your password and immediately notify us of the problem by emailing us of the occurred problem.

 

4. PRICES AND BEST PRICE GUARANTEE

We want you to pay the lowest price possible for your stay. All prices on the Website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed excluding VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on the Website or the confirmation email. Sometimes cheaper rates are available on the Website for a specific stay at a Hotel for the same room type; however, these rates made by Hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions.

Please check the room type and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. The same room type may have different rates, depending on such restrictions and conditions.

Subject to the Note below, you acknowledge and agree that your credit card will be charged by the Company or the Affiliate(s) with which your booking is made (as applicable) for the total booking price of the services in full at the time of the booking, which includes the price displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges, and service fees.

Booking prices of the Travel Services are only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued by the Third Party Providers with which your booking is made. They may change their prices without notice. 

Additional terms and conditions of the Third Party Providers will apply to your reservation and purchase of Travel Services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any Third Party Providers with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the Third Party Providers 's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not received in a timely fashion. Some Hotels and/or Third Party Providers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-into cover additional expenses during your stay and/or requesting to use Third Party Providers’ Travel Services. Such deposit to the Third Party Providers is unrelated to any payment received by us for your Travel Services booking. You acknowledge that some Third Party Providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such provider's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable Travel Services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Note: In the event that you book accommodation (with the exception of prepaid hotel accommodation as set out below), you acknowledge and agree that all charges, taxes and other costs relating to your booking are payable by you to the accommodation provider at the time requested by the accommodation provider.

Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints, typo) are not binding. All special offers and promotions are marked as such.

 

5. FREE OF CHARGE

Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, we will not charge you for our services which you will be found on the Website or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate and/or other Travel Services. Also we do not charge you for credit card fee. Please read our Credit Card and Cancellation Policies for further information.

 

6. PREPAID HOTEL RESERVATION

For your convenience when making online reservation through the Website, we have displayed all room rates for rooms reserved on your behalf through the Company for its services.

All prices displayed on the Website are for your hotel room reservation only and for your convenience when making online reservation on your behalf through the Website. All prices displayed are exclusive of taxes on the Website; you will see the total inclusive price prior to confirming your booking on the last booking page (before the final confirmation screen). You authorize the Company to book reservations for the total reservation price, which includes the room rate displayed on the Website, plus tax recovery charges. For pre-paid Hotel booking through the Website, your credit card will be charge by the Company for the full price upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit on the future payment date.

Instead of making a payment via credit card, we also provide a verity of booking payment methods for your convenience such as Counter Service, 7-Eleven, ATM, Tesco Lotus, BigC, TOT (all these payment method services are only available inside Thailand), and etc.; collectively the “Payment Methods” (Please have a look of our Payment Methods for further information). When using the Payment Methods you will be received a booking confirmation via Email or SMS (where applicable). Please ensure that your payment via the selected Payment Method made within the specified time as shown in the confirmation Email or SMS. If the credit card cannot be charge or your booking on the selected payment method will not be received on such due date and time specified in the confirmation email or SMS (where applicable) for whatever reason, the booking will be cancelled unless you can ensure that the card payment can be authorized on time. Please check the reservation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or charge fee indicated in the rule and restrictions according to the Cancellation Policy for the hotel reservation. If you do not cancel or change reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge, tax recovery charges according to the Cancellation Policy. In the event you do not show for the first night of the reservation and plan to check-in for subsequent nights in your reservation, you must confirm the reservation changes with us no later than 6 PM to prevent cancellation of your reservation.

Special Needs: If you have special needs (e.g., extra bed, breakfast, airport transfer, etc.) you must leave your request through the request booking page or contact B2 Customer Service and verify that special needs can be met. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by the Company. Depending on the policy of the applicable Hotel, your reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special needs cannot be met. If available, your request will be confirmed upon arrival.

 

7. CREDIT CARD POLICY

For prepaid hotel bookings with us through the Website by credit card, your credit card will be charge by the Company for the full price at the time of your booking.

However, in such cases we may pre-authorize your card, charge a deposit or charge the full price of the reservation up-front. Hotels may require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit card information directly to the Hotel at which your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorize) your credit card as well.

You agree that all information that you provide to the Company or such third party provider will be accurate, current and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.

For certain rates or promotion and special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please carefully check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, you should contact your bank or card issuer immediately upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use. If you suspect an unauthorized or fraudulent booking was made via the Website, please contact B2 Customer Service immediately.

 

8. EASY PAYMENT CHANNELS

We provide you the convenient payment channels to settle your prepaid accommodation and Travel Services bookings with the variety of payment service places and methods. You can choose our easy payment channels as follows:

• List of banks for Inter-bank transfer service: UOB Bank, TMB Bank, SCB Bank, Krungthai Bank, BBL Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Kasikorn Bank.
• Transaction via ATMs: UOB Bank, TMB Bank, SCB Bank, Krungthai Bank, BBL Bank, Krungsri Bank, Kasikorn Bank.
• Counter Service / 7-Eleven
• Counters at Thailand Post Office, Tesco Lotus, Lotus Express, BigC and TOT (across the country)

Note: In case of the payment at the charged channel, payment service providers will charge for service fee at the service point. Please check details and additional information before using the service.

 

9. ADDITIONAL CHARGE BY HOTELS

Please note that all prices on the Website are for your Hotel room reservation only and are for the requested stay dates and for the number of people indicated, unless indicated otherwise. The Hotel room reservations rates are displayed per room and per night. Except where indicated otherwise, we will typically display the rate exclusive of tax charge on the Website. You will see the total inclusive price prior to confirming your booking on the last booking page (before the final confirmation screen). Please verify every step of your reservation on the booking form; you can discontinue the booking at any time prior to the final confirmation screen. What is included in the rate is displayed on the Website (under the Hotel information section or prior to the final booking confirmation) and/or in the confirmation email. Breakfast is typically not included unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard Hotels room reservations are for single or double occupancy, extra beds will usually incur extra charges. The Hotel may also refuse to accept additional persons if not duly informed in advance.

The practice to add additional Hotel fees is outside Company’s control and occurs in certain markets, optional incidental fees and personal consumptions are almost never included, for example, minibar charges, phone calls, room service, laundry, food & beverage, and etc.

Please verify with the Hotel or B2 Customer Service which extra fees are (not) included.

 

10. CURRENCY CONVERSION

Rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience. Hotel rates provided in a currency other than the currency displayed on the Website are converted to the displayed currency at a rate determined by the Company, which may include a conversion and/or processing fee for certain currencies. The currency and amount you see displayed on the final booking page is the amount we will charge to your credit card. You may be given the option to pay in your credit card currency. Your bank may impose additional fees on the transaction, over which the Company has no control. Please note that exchange rates fluctuate daily. Please note that all charges will always be made in Thai (THB) currency (amount as displayed) and that other currency amount displayed is for reference only.

 

11. CANCELLATION, AMENDMENT AND NO-SHOW POLIICY

By making a reservation with B2 Hotels through the Website, you acknowledge and agreed to the relevant cancellation, amendment and no-show policies, and to the additional cancellation and amendment conditions with are an integral part of these Terms of Use that may apply to your reservation or during your stay at B2 Hotels, but cannot be applied for Travel Services which offered by the Third Party Providers (the delivery terms and conditions of Travel Services should contact directly to the Third Party Providers ). The general cancellation and amendment conditions of B2 Hotels are made available on our website. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Please note that if the room you are booking is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable, certain rates or promotion, special offers, or similar cannot be cancelled, all cancellation and amendment will incur a 100% charge, regardless of the date in which the cancellation in requested.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation, amendment and no-show, in some cases for the entire stay or the first night or handling fees, in according to our cancellation and amendment conditions. If you fail to check in to your Hotel on time on the day of your reservation and do not alert the Hotel, the remaining portion of your reservation may be canceled and you may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the our cancellation and amendment conditions.  Regardless of the Hotel’s cancellation, amendment and no-show policy, we reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, this is indicated on the cancellation and amendment conditions.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation policy, we do not charge a processing fee for cancellations or amendments. Any cancellations or changes must be made through the Website or contact our Customer Service and not directly with the hotel. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to our Customer Service. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours from 08:00-18:00 (GMT+7).

We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, amendment and no-show policy and also check the Hotel details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation and remember to make further payments on time as may be required for the relevant reservation.

 

12. GUARANTEE POLICY

By booking the Hotels via the Website are also now backed up with our reservations guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a booking confirmation) is not available or cannot be honored when you arrive to check-in and no other room types that you had booked are available, immediately contact our Customer Service at the contact number(s) listed on your hotel booking confirmation. Our Customer Service will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel. We will cover your communication costs to our office, transfer fees and offer you a 10% discount on your reservation total amount.

Should you not accept the alternative hotel, we will refund to your account the reservation full amount plus an additional night (equivalent to the actual cost of a 1 night stay based on the original reservation, including any tax and service charges).

 

13. REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing you with a simple and efficient refund process. Please note that a penalty charge is incurred, this will be deducted from the amountGenerally, the cancellation due date is 14 days prior to arrival at the hotel. The penalty charge is indicated on the cancellation and amendment conditions, unless specified on the confirmation email.

Unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the cancellation and amendment conditions, cancellation requests  submitted via any of the means above, prior to the due date noted on your confirmation, will normally be refunded 100% of the cost of your stay returned  (the company does not charge a processing fee for cancellations) within 7 days of receiving the request. Any cancellation request submitted after the due date noted on your confirmation will also be processed within 7 days, and any applicable penalty charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Shortened stays, in most cases, will be refunded within 7 days, net of any penalty charge applicable, and if you notify us (by any of the means above) prior to shortening your stay, we can expedite the refund process. If your refund is likely to take longer than 7 days to process, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your request.

Refund is only issued in limited circumstances, if the amendment results in a refund of payment, the remaining amount of refund (after fees charge) will be only returned to I AM B2 Member Card for processing.

 

14. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Please take a look at our Privacy Policy for further information which also governs your use of the Website, to understand our practices.

 

15. DISCLIMER

Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).

However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for :

• any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim,
• any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the accommodation as made available on our website,
• the services rendered or the products offered by the accommodation provider,
• any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or
• for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the accommodation (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

 

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available on or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of and material on our website are owned by GPCM Group Co., Ltd., its suppliers or providers.

The Company exclusively retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to (all intellectual property rights of) (the look and feel (including infrastructure) of) the Website on which the service is made available (including the guest reviews and translated content) and you are not entitled to copy, scrape, (hyper-/deep)link to, publish, promote, market, integrate, utilize, combine or otherwise use the content (including any translations thereof and the guest reviews) or our brand without our express written permission. To the extent that you would (wholly or partly) use or combine our (translated) content (including guest reviews) or would otherwise own any intellectual property rights in the Website or any (translated) content or guest reviews, you hereby assign, transfer and set over all such intellectual property rights to Booking.com. Any unlawful use or any of the aforementioned actions or behavior will constitute a material infringement of our intellectual property rights (including copyright and database right).

 

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company, our affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from:

• Your breach of this Terms of Use or the documents referenced herein;
• Any allegation that any submissions or other materials you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third parties; and/or
• Your activities in connection with the Website.

 

18. SATISFACTION SCORE AND CUSTOMER REVIEWS

By completing a booking, you agree to receive an invitation email to complete our guest review form which we will promptly send to you after your stay at the Hotel. Completion is optional. The completed guest review may be uploaded onto the relevant Hotel’s information page on the Website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of accommodations. , and (wholly or partly) used and placed by Company at its sole discretion (e.g. for marketing, promotion or improvement of our service) on our website or such social media platforms, newsletters, special promotions, apps or other channels owned, hosted, used or controlled by the Company.
